AgentForge360 · focused implementation

Workflow Sprint

One process. A clear owner. A measurable result.

One bounded AgentForge360 workflow tested, documented, launched, and stabilized around a measurable operational baseline.

$7,500–$25,000

per workflow · Typically 4–8 weeks

A separately scoped project—not a required Relay add-on. Scope, timing, and separate software or usage costs are confirmed before work begins.

Best for

Teams with a repeatable process, a named owner, accessible systems, and a clear human-approval model.

What your sprint includes

  • Workflow and exception-path design
  • One or two primary system integrations
  • Human approval and escalation controls
  • Test cases, logging, and launch support
  • Documentation, training, and handoff

Examples we can scope

Lead qualification and routing, follow-up after missed calls or estimates, or internal summaries prepared for human review. We choose one bounded workflow—not an open-ended automation overhaul.

How a sprint works

  1. 01

    Define

Map the process, baseline, named owner, and exception paths before choosing the build.

  2. 02

    Build & test

Connect the agreed systems, set human-approval boundaries, and test success and failure paths.

  3. 03

    Launch & hand off

Document the workflow, train the team, and stabilize it around the agreed operational baseline.

Common engagement path

Get answers. Build what helps. Scale with evidence.

You do not have to buy the entire roadmap at once. Each phase should earn the next investment. Start with a free audit, then choose whether a conversation would help.

02

Build or operate

Implement the smallest credible marketing, conversion, measurement, or workflow intervention.

03

Prove and expand

Use qualified-opportunity and operating data to decide what to scale, revise, or stop.

Included by design

Every engagement should make the operating model clearer.

Regardless of the buying unit, the work should leave you with better measurement, clearer accountability, and a more useful next decision.

A defined baseline

We agree on the starting metrics, data limits, and measurement confidence before work begins.

Outcome-linked KPIs

Reporting connects activity to qualified inquiries, accepted opportunities, or operational impact.

Named scope and cadence

Deliverables, channels, locations, workflows, review cycles, and approval timing are documented.

Clear ownership

Every important action has an owner, approval boundary, exception path, and escalation rule.

Decision-ready reporting

Reviews focus on what changed, what it means, and what should happen next—not vanity dashboards.

Iteration plan

The engagement includes a prioritized test or optimization backlog tied to the operating goal.

What changes price

Scope follows the operating reality.

The same channel or workflow can be simple in one business and complex in another. These factors have the greatest effect on price and timeline.

Markets and locations

More territories create additional pages, profiles, campaigns, routing rules, and reporting views.

Channels and production

Channel count, creative volume, content cadence, and landing-page needs determine operating effort.

Tracking quality

Missing events, inconsistent source data, and CRM cleanup increase diagnostic and implementation work.

Integration complexity

System access, API limits, custom fields, permissions, and security reviews affect workflow scope.

Approval speed

Fast, accountable review cycles reduce rework and help tests reach meaningful conclusions sooner.

Risk and sensitivity

Regulated data, consequential actions, and high-risk communications require tighter controls and testing.

Budget boundaries

Plan for costs outside the engagement fee.

These items are not silently bundled into the service range. They are identified during scoping so the total operating cost is visible.

Paid media spend

Paid directly to advertising platforms and not included in professional-service fees.

Software and licenses

CRM, call tracking, automation platforms, reporting tools, and other subscriptions remain separate.

Model and API usage

Usage-based AI, messaging, enrichment, and integration charges are estimated and approved separately.

Third-party implementation

Vendor onboarding, custom development, data remediation, and specialist services are scoped when needed.

Pricing questions

Know what you are approving.

A useful proposal should remove ambiguity about responsibilities, timing, tools, and the definition of success.

Most fit calls take 20–30 minutes.
What happens before pricing?

Start with any of our five free audits, with no call required, or use the instant Lead-Loss Calculator. If you want to talk through the next move, a free 20–30 minute Growth Plan Review is still available.

Is advertising spend included?

No. Media spend is paid directly to the advertising platform. The engagement fee covers strategy, execution, testing, measurement, and review.

Do you require a long contract?

Relay Starter has no long-term contract. If you move to the full Boost Relay, its scope and timing are documented in the proposal and service agreement.

Is a deeper diagnostic ever paid?

Sometimes. If the situation genuinely requires a multi-week investigation, we will explain why and scope it separately. It is not the default gateway to working with us.

Can we run a focused pilot?

Yes. A value-based pilot can address one campaign, location, landing path, lead-response workflow, or AgentForge360 process before a broader engagement.

When will we receive a firm quote?

After a fit conversation and scope review. The proposal will identify deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timing, fees, and any separate platform costs.
